Khu co-working mới được bổ sung ở phía sau càng hoàn thiện thêm điều đã là một trong những nơi thoải mái nhất để ngồi cả buổi trong khu vực.
Phần trà trong thực đơn mới là điểm thực sự đáng nói. Trà lài nhãn, trà sữa hoa mộc tê, trà sữa oolong thạch konjac, và trà lài thơm ngọt bằng đường thốt nốt — tất cả đều có chiều sâu hương vị vượt hẳn mặt bằng chung của một chuỗi. Cà phê nhận được đánh giá có phần dè dặt hơn — khách quen thường hay dắt người mới thẳng sang danh sách trà.
Lượng khách thay đổi theo từng khung giờ. Sáng ngày thường, quán thu hút lượng đều đặn người nước ngoài mang laptop cùng dân công sở địa phương ngồi họp điện thoại; chiều cuối tuần thuộc về các gia đình, khi tiếng ồn tăng lên và khu ngoài trời kín chỗ rất nhanh. Tủ bánh của chi nhánh có nhiều lựa chọn hơn hầu hết các điểm Phúc Long khác, với danh sách thay đổi theo ngày ăn kèm khá hợp với trà lài hay oolong.
Một lưu ý thực tế: chỗ đậu xe máy dọc Xuân Thủy thường kín vào giờ cao điểm, và nhiều khách quen thấy tiện hơn khi gửi xe ở con đường gần đó rồi đi bộ vào. Dịch vụ đôi lúc bị phàn nàn vào các dịp lễ đông khách, thời gian chờ có thể kéo dài hơn 40 phút. Với 3,9 sao trên hơn 1.600 đánh giá, chi nhánh này đã trở thành một điểm đến đáng tin cậy của Thảo Điền — nhất là vào chiều ngày thường khi quán vắng hơn và khu co-working bắt đầu phát huy tác dụng thực sự.

We ordered teas and drinks! It took us for more than 40mins to wait, even though we paid the 20% extra for Tet! I understand that it’s holiday, however they should have served us earlier as we paid the fees for the people who served us today and i really appreciate it! Not recommend for anyone who can not “ properly” wait! I asked the staff for my drinks for 3 times! Never come back again!
Fancier branch of a milk tea chain. This location is much nicer than most of their other stores, with plenty of good seating areas to choose from. The cake selection also looks deeper and more varied compared to other branches. If you want a comfortable space to chill in this area, this is one of the better options.
I give up. coffee tastes like flavored water. phuc long "premium" has a lovely restaurant, but what they serve is at the farthest point from premium. Plenty more excellent places to choose from in Thao Dien now.
I didn’t know this coffee chain or its history before. I really love this huge café in Thao Dien — a great place to sit for a while and enjoy the interior design and the view of the street. I tried the longan tea, which I found interesting, but a bit too sweet for my taste. I haven’t tried the food yet, but it’s definitely a place I’d come back to.
