RAW + Atelier - Bar in Ho Chi Minh City

a hidden coffee spot with great atmosphere and vibe. very calming and help me LOTS with my productivity ;) the drinks and service are okay i would say 4.5/5 but i'm coming back to this coffee shop again and again because of the atmosphere😆 super great, cold A/C and not too crowded, very comfy.

Raw Atelier Cafe & Cocktail is a wonderful place that is definitely worth visiting. The first floor serves excellent coffee, with an espresso that is well-balanced, neither burnt nor overly acidic, and the matcha latte is also highly recommended. The second floor is dedicated to cocktails and features a unique signature salt cocktail menu that is worth exploring. The customer service is excellent, with friendly and attentive staff, and complimentary parking is available.

An evening spent at Raw feels to homey and relaxing that it keeps making me coming back times and times again. Maybe it was the decors, maybe it was the drinks, or perhaps it was the refreshing smell from their furnitures - after my 3 visits it’s all of them combined. Raw stands out from other bars because of their Salts collection, which really highlights Vietnamese tastebuds. I really enjoyed the Shrimp Salt cocktail from this collection (I ordered it twice)! The bartenders here were also super friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They listened to my bespoke requests and created a great cocktail that I could never forget! They also have a great drinking snack that’s constantly being refilled throughout the night. I would recommend Raw to anyone and will keep coming back!

Had the best time in this bar last night thanks to the amazing hospitality I received from Nam, Tran and Yobi! I went alone at 11pm and I thought I’d stay for one drink. Instead, I left at 2am and made new friends! 🥹 There are two menus for the drinks: the Salt series which explores different salts (shrimp, chilli, green pepper, and even ants! 🐜) infused to the cocktails, very innovative I must say, and the other signature menu of classic drinks with their twist. I enjoyed the Brewtiful Potato drink (they use Sarsi and plum salt!!) with black and white sesame & sweet potato cream. Tasted like a delicious dessert. Overall, Raw+Atelier is a truly world class bar. The drinks are done very well and the hospitality is even more impressive. Would 10/10 recommend.

We stopped in for one drink during happy hour. It was sensational. The menu was simple and easy. A handful of drinks that were advertised is half off the normal price. Great flavor and amazing environment. But what really made this experience. The best was our server. Harley, a gentleman, a man with a sense of humor just really tied the whole evening together
