This restaurant is located just behind the hotel where we are staying. We noticed it had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. We both love Italian cuisine, and I think we’ve been eating Italian food almost every other day since arriving in Vietnam! The food was absolutely incredible (1000/10.) The garlic butter was so delicious that I ended up eating far more bread than I planned! Every dish was excellent. The service from the team was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised that our server proactively asked about allergies and dietary restrictions before taking our order. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. The restaurant itself has a cozy, quiet atmosphere that made for a very relaxing dinner. Honestly, I have no complaints about the food, service from our server, or the ambiance. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of one experience that left me feeling disappointed. I had read several reviews mentioning that the manager personally greets guests and checks in on each table. During our nearly two-hour visit, I noticed her doing exactly that, walking around, chatting with guests, and making sure everyone was enjoying their meal. However, despite passing our table several times, she never greeted us, smiled, or checked in once. I may be mistaken, but it left me feeling overlooked. As a South Asian guest, I couldn’t help but wonder if we were being treated differently. I sincerely hope that wasn’t the case, but it was the impression I was left with. That said, the food, our server, and the overall dining experience were so good that my husband already wants to come back. I would happily dine at another branch, as the quality of the food and service truly deserves recognition.
