Mức giá thấp hơn đáng kể so với các thương hiệu fitness quốc tế trong khu vực với thiết bị tương đương, điều này đã biến nơi đây thành điểm dừng chân quen thuộc của cả expat ghé qua Saigon lẫn cộng đồng người dân An Phú.
Con mèo cư trú tại phòng gym đã có tên trong nhiều lượt đánh giá, tự nhiên trở thành linh vật không chính thức của nơi này. Không gian thành thật về quy mô của mình: hai squat cage và một platform deadlift trong một căn phòng không cố sức trở thành mega-gym — phù hợp với những người tập muốn có buổi tập tập trung mà không phải cạnh tranh thiết bị. Có một đánh giá tiêu cực nêu lo ngại về bụi và chất lượng không khí — đây là ý kiến thiểu số so với phần đông nhận xét nhất quán về một sàn tập sạch sẽ, bảo trì tốt. Chủ nhật đóng cửa lúc 5 giờ chiều — đáng lưu ý nếu có kế hoạch tập buổi tối cuối tuần.
Very good gym👌they have alot equipment for trainning lower body and cable attachments. They have deadlift platform, power rack, cable rack. Squat bar, kabuki deadlift bar, kabiki power bar and calibrated plates. The lighting is cozy, it bring the better mood for trainning/posing. Highly reccomend 💯💯💯
This gym is hands down the best in all of Vietnam! During my travels across the country, I visited many gyms, but none compare to the quality and atmosphere here. The equipment is top-notch, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is also first-class—professional, friendly, and always willing to help. If you're serious about fitness, this gym is an absolute must-visit!
I recently joined this gym but was very disappointed with the cleanliness and environment. The machines are covered in dust, the air feels heavy and polluted, and the space is quite unorganized. There are also cats indoors, which makes it uncomfortable for people with allergies. Unfortunately, it’s not a healthy or motivating place to exercise. Would not recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and basic health standards!
New find. Unpretentious. Staff are super friendly. Great equipment. Everything you need for any exercise or training need. And a cute resident cat.
Great gym. Has everything for powerlifting. Nice selection of machines, the space is a little small, but has 2 or more power bars and a selection of specialty bars too, adjustable rack and 2 cages to squat in.
Breakfast available: Opens by 6 AM — a viable breakfast stop in Saigon.
