Wrap & Roll - Vietnamese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

awful experience, will not be coming back. either they're short staffed or they're just incompetence. almost everything is out of stock. no spoons were given. we went in a group of 4 and each time we asked, only one spoon was given. dishes came out extremely late. i ordered a Bun bo, 45min so far and still nothing. tables are left dirty and uncleaned for 30min plus. the entire kitchen space was messy. one staff in particular was just overall rude and incompetent. what a shame and crappy experience. they overcharge for the simplest of vietnamese foods and the experience you get back is not worth the money. entire order was fulfilled after ONE hour by the way. in order to keep new customers, they prioritize spreading out order to the later tables, we waited for out orders to be brought out while watching the table next by (that came in 30min after us) get their dishes. bonkers how they can do this.

Ms.Ngoc Han was excellent in service. She could communicate in reasonably better way. Fit for purpose. Very tasty traditional food on our first day in Vietnam.

Came here for dinner in August recently. Cannot remember what the dishes were but they were good - noodles, wrap and dessert. Presentation was nice, just like in the menu. The service was good too.

Quality going down. This restaurant was my go-to place for Vietnamese wrap, and I love everything about it. The price, the menu and the unique values. Over the years it's been going down and today I learned they reduce the size of a drink to a pretty small glass. The wrap is loosely done so stuffings keep falling out. Too bad I can't come back.

Nice place for Vietnamese food. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious place and plenty of seating options. Many options of Food and drinks to choose from. They served the food without much delay. We had a vietnamese friend to help us, but I don't think the staff speaks English though.
