This well spoken English cafe checks pretty much all the boxes for me and I haven't even navigated the non coffee menu yet. They provide the key coffees you'd want though. Coconut coffee, egg coffee, salted coffee. Not the quietest though as it's frequently busy from the machines and being crowded. My favorite all around cafe though in the area.

White Coffee "Bac Xiu" is apparently coffee condensed milk and evaporated milk, too damn sweet 😓 To us, it's just kopi. And 7 early 8 early full house.
