Highlands Coffee The Manor - Coffee shop in Ho Chi Minh City

Asked for glass no plastic but they didn’t have. No glass for cold drink, they said.

Friendly staff. Delicious drinks. Sunny weather. Everything was perfect. 😀

This branch is one of the least busy branches of Highland Coffee in the city which makes it awesome for a chilled hangout, afternoon coffee or doing some work. It is located inside the Manor condominium, but it is publicly accessible.

Overall coffee and cakes are okay. But the thing that I really dislike it was that they use so much plastic! Even we ordered to consume in there. They could use ceramic cups, glass and a little plate for cake, instead to use cardboard boxes, plastic spoon, straws and lids. It was really disappointing and sad.

A DIFFERENT DAY (1/4/2026) A different crew on today. Bass-heavy Korean style pop played too loud to the point it was intrusive. Aircon inadequate and coffee shop way too warm. I intended to stay a few hours and get some work done on my laptop. Instead I left as soon as my coffee was finished. Doubt I'll return. Get the little things wrong and the whole vibe changes. I THINK THE HEAT IS GETTING TO ME LOL! A MORNING HABIT (30/3/2026) Really good phin sua nong coffee and tasty slim banh mi. The young girl serving was friendly and super-efficient. I think morning coffee and banh mi here is going to be a habit during my time in HCMC. Great coffee shop.
