I've just had lunch in this restaurant. It belongs to Golden Gate brand. We chose the buffet of spring rolls with 199k per person, and I am quite disappointed with the food, very less choice (around 7- 9 option). We tried another dishes outside of the buffet menu and they tatse good. Everything is okay except the buffet menu. Need to enhance it.
We visited this place so many times with family and friends whenever we feel like to intake more protein and veggies. This will be the perfect place to eat veggies and protein as they have so many dishes with veggies and their summer rolls include a lot of meat and veggies as well. . Our favourite is Pork Slices (or Crispy Pork Slices) Summer Rolls. You can get these in a-la-cart menu with seasonal salad dishes depends on the season such as Grapefruit Salad. If you are craving a lot of protein and veggies, summer rolls buffet is a suitable choice to have many varieties of spring rolls and summer rolls.
Delicious and healthy food with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. Clean atmosphere and reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
This restaurant is quite clever when it comes to portion sizes and pricing strategies. For example, if you're dining with a small group (1 to 3 people), the buffet option is definitely the most convenient and cost-effective choice. However, the trade-off is that you won't get to experience many of the à la carte dishes since the buffet focuses on a different selection. On the other hand, the à la carte portions are huge—really generous—making them perfect for larger groups where everyone can share family-style. So depending on your party size, you can choose the best fit without feeling ripped off. The space itself is a pleasant surprise—large, beautiful, and unexpectedly spacious right in the heart of Saigon on Cao Thắng Street, a prime street-front location. The staff member who served our table left a strong impression on me; she had a very classic, old-school Vietnamese beauty and demeanor—quite charming and memorable. Now for the downsides: some of the vegetables were a bit bruised and limp, likely due to being stored in the fridge for too long. During peak hours, a few dishes seemed overwhelmed—probably because the kitchen was under too much pressure. Also, the sliced pork belly (thịt heo ba chỉ) was cut into pieces that were way too long, which made them awkward to wrap in the accompanying rice paper rolls. On top of that, the cutting was inconsistent—sometimes long strips, sometimes thin slices, not uniform at all. That definitely took away from the overall experience. Still, with its smart pricing, generous portions (when ordering à la carte), impressive space, and lovely service, it's worth a visit—just manage your expectations on the veggie freshness and the pork slicing
Reasonable buffet price, delicious roast pork, salted egg and tofu dish is not rich (salted egg sauce does not soak in) fried well but left for a long time but not dry. Various vegetables for rolls, clean and neat arrangement, good service staff 👍🏼 Will come back..! Thanks
