I was looking for a good omakase and teppanyaki place for my wife to try wagyu beef for the first time and I found Ine to have solid reviews. Our experience here did not disappoint. The sushi was fresh and well balanced. The wagyu was perfectly cooked and is now my wife's favorite beef so my wallet is about to be a lot lighter. The vibe here is great and the staff are very attentive and informative. The chef has a great personality and I look forward to dining here again.

Looking for my first wagyu A5 experience. Reserved a 1 person seat at this place. Its a limited table space offering a perosnal and cozy vibe. I ordered the NEP MENU and it was simply amazing. Served some good quality sushi and then the wagyu experience (which was as it should be - MELT IN MOUTH) followed by more sushi. The egg custard will be one of the top flavors from my night. It was a very personalized experience for me as I booked a late dinner around their last order and wasnt disappointed. The chef and staff was engaged with me till the end which made the whole night memorable. Good vibes only. As requested, they shared the names of all dishes and sauces on whatsapp so i can keep a record. 10/10 overall experience.

With Saigon becoming increasingly saturated with omakase restaurants, I’ve tried quite a few and started to feel a bit bored, as many places now focus more on presentation and performance rather than the actual quality of the food. That’s why I was genuinely surprised by Ine. Although the price is not particularly high compared to other omakase spots, the quality is impressive. The meal started with a very refreshing and appetizing salad, followed by main courses that were consistently good. The cooking techniques themselves aren’t necessarily new or groundbreaking, but the essence of omakase for me is being able to enjoy a meal without choosing dishes and experiencing how each chef works with the ingredients available that day. I especially enjoyed the foie gras — it was prepared very well, which is important since even a small mistake can easily result in an unpleasant smell or taste. The sushi was not extremely outstanding, but overall everything was solid. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the dishes they serve, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant offers a comfortable, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere, and it’s definitely a place I would return to regularly.

What a night, that’s all I can say. This was my first omakase experience, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I was told that Ine is actually on the more affordable side for omakase, but the quality was absolutely outstanding. The food was exceptional, and the chefs were clearly very skilled. I especially appreciated how they took the time to explain each dish and guide us on the best way to enjoy it. One thing I didn’t realize before this experience is how important the pacing of the meal is. The entire dinner lasted exactly two hours, yet it never felt long. It was as if time slowed down, like I was transported to a different world where the rush of the outside world simply didn’t exist. By the end of the meal, I felt genuinely happy, not just because of the incredible food, but because of the whole experience. I can’t wait to return and bring my loved ones here so they can enjoy it too.

Tucked away above a local restaurant, this Teppenyaki spot is brilliant. We joined for Dining City week, having a set menu which involved a variety of delicious dishes, sushi and many flavours. The wagyu was a highlight, it simply melted in your mouth! The staff were attentive and it was great being close to the action as the chefs prepared the meal. The highlight was meeting the owner though, and seeing his passion for cooking come through in this cosy Japanese restaurant. There were several set menus to choose from and they seemed reasonably priced given the quality of the ingredients.
