An Khánh의 Trúc Đường에 위치한 아담한 가족 식당 Mandulia는 바로 그 공백을 채운다. 메뉴는 간결하지만, 중국 북부 특유의 풍미 — 진하고 짭조름하며 밀가루 반죽을 중심으로 한 — 에 충실하다. 돼지고기와 부추를 넣은 찐만두는 대표 메뉴로, 음식의 차이를 아는 현지 미식가와 외국인 거주자들의 꾸준한 재방문과 호평을 얻고 있다. 마파두부는 제대로 된 얼얼함을 자랑하고, 궁바오지딩은 일관되게 부드러우며, 계란 볶음밥은 쉬워 보이지만 그 정직한 완성도가 보통 실력이 아님을 말해준다. 절인 무와 오이 샐러드가 식탁을 산뜻하게 마무리한다.

My fourth time at Mandulia and it never disappoints. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. Owners and staff are friendly and efficient. If I had to choose one restaurant to eat at for the rest of my life this could easily be the one. Highly recommended.

A friend who happens to be a chef brought us in for dumplings, and on the last day of a three week trip, this was the highlight meal by far. The dumplings were soooo good, as was the rest of the dishes. The eggs stewed with tomato sauce were recommended by the owners super cool young son and he nailed it. So tasty! This little cozy spot is run by a kind and welcoming family who made the meal even more special. We had a party of six and we were easily accommodated, but just know that Mandulia is also a perfect date spot for couples. We already can’t wait to go back!
It's a small and cute restaurant with modern design. We tried egg fried rice, mapo tofu, and kung pao chicken. All were delectable, flavourful, and good portion for sharing. Deffo going back to try other items on the menu
The food is ok, it’s northern Chinese food with a bit of Korean fusion. The mapo tofu is a bit too sweet for me, and the dumplings were either too salty or too bland, not well balanced. Despite all that I would probably come back again if I’m craving dumplings because it’s quite hard to find this style in this city. The atmosphere and service are good, no complaints there. Well decorated and feels a bit like eating in China.
