Shinsho Ramen Midtown - Ramen restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Good overall. Ramen flavor has been adjusted for Vietnamese region. The broth is on the lighter side so no need to ask the chef to make it less salty. Quick and friendly service. Will comeback again.

seasam seed is ramen signature. tried both tsukemen and tonkosu. all are great. mild flavor and less salty so it is easy for vietnamese and people who prefer mild flavor and taste.

The noodles were well-cooked, the chashu and eggs were delicious. I ordered spicy miso ramen, which was a little too spicy for me, but the truffle ramen smells and tastes really good. The resraurant is small but clean and quiet.

This is a small and cozy restaurant. The staff are friendly. I really like that you can choose how salty the food is and how soft the noodles are so the food matches my taste.There’s also a space for car parking right in front of the restaurant, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a nice experience and i’ll definitely come back again

Not authentic Japanese Ramen, more suitable to local taste. The broth is oily, salty and the taste is not clean, you’ll feel very greasy after a few bite. Gyoza is frozen type. It is not cheap, you’ll get a bowl of noodles, an egg, 2 slices of meat and a seaweed for almost 169k. My total meal is 495k. It’s impossible to have 500+ reviews in 1 year of operation at Midtown Phu My Hung, it is a residential place, not a shopping center, so read the reviews with a pinch of salt. *Update Amazingly shot up to 700+ reviews in a month?
