Terrible experience at The Coffee House Vo Van Tan. The cafe recently renovated the space, and while it looks nicer, they removed all the old power outlets — which are essential for customers who come to work. Instead, they replaced them with a very impractical type of socket (as shown in the photo), which is almost unusable. It’s hard to understand how an upgrade could actually downgrade such a basic part of the experience. On top of that, drinks take too long to be served. The self-service counter doesn’t even have tissues or drinking water — basic things that any café should provide. Overall, extremely disappointing. I will never come back.
