First time having Hot Pot, food was very good and staff were very attentative. Recommended

The service was one of the worst ever. We booked a table for 8 pm and they didn’t seat us until 8:40 pm. They were disorganized and seated other people that came later than us. When we got in we waited 57 minutes for food and we had to constantly ask the staff when our food was coming. They kept lying and saying it was coming but it never came. We problably had to ask them 6 times about our food before it finally came. When the food came it wasn’t great either, they gave us a plate that was half full, then tried to cook the meat for us and then spilled some on our table and just left. They never explained why half our meat was missing and never compensated us for the meat they dropped on the table. Mind you this was after we waited 40 minutes for our table even though we made a reservation and another 1 hour for the food to arrive. We then talked to the manager and he provided 0 solutions and made things even worse. He then spilled even more meat from our already missing plate of meat on the table . The managers name was Minh Tri. When we came out to pay they had 7 staff at the register and non could figure out how to use it . We had to wait a while before even being able to pay. This is by far the worst restaurant we have been to in terms of service , food and food quality. Definitely avoid this place.

The food is fresh and delicious, especially the rich and flavorful soup. It feels light and refreshing after eating. The staff are very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again!
