After enjoying a hearty bowl of phở for breakfast, I found myself wandering around District 1, hot, sweaty, and desperately looking for a place to cool down. Stumbling upon this café felt like finding an oasis. As a bagel lover, I have to say, the bagels here are to die for. A proper bagel should have a chewy texture, not be soft like regular bread, and they absolutely nailed it. The coffee was excellent too, and the cinnamon bun was worth every calorie. It’s sweeter than I usually prefer, but if you enjoy cinnamon rolls, you’ll love it. I’d even compare it to Cinnabon, though the bread here is noticeably softer and fluffier. Overall, this is a fantastic café with quality food and great coffee. It’s definitely a place I’ll be craving the next time I’m in Ho Chi Minh City.
