Belgica Brewpub and Restaurant - Brewpub in Ho Chi Minh City

Nice place for dinner. The drinks are great. The food is good, not great. Scallops and fish were overcooked and a bit dry. But generous portion of vegetables. I Like the outdoors dinning setting, but a little too much cigarette throughout the dinner. Not ideal if you're not a fan!

The food is good and consistent every time. The service is great, the atmosphere is classy and romantic. My favorite place to eat out once in a while.

On Saturday night around 8:00 PM, I visited this restaurant for the first time. It had a great atmosphere with many customers enjoying beer, food, and the space. There were more people sitting on the terrace than inside. We had four types of tap beer, French fries, clam ajillo, and paella. We also ordered apple strudel for dessert. The Belgica Special Belge Beer, which is slightly brown, was delicious. As other reviews mentioned, the French fries had a strong potato flavor and were tasty. The special mayonnaise flavor matched perfectly with the fries. The paella was rich in ingredients and satisfying. The dessert was moderately sweet, and combining the warm pie with cold ice cream created a blissful moment. It's one of the places I would like to visit again in the Thao Dien area.

Open late kitchen closed 10 pm which saved us. Everything very fresh I love it :D pork belly is to die for!! Extremely flavourful. Grilled sea bass was also incredible. Hard to choose between the two. Oh and the mashed potatoes.. don’t even get me started.. top choice to return to , if I’m in the area :)

Decided to try the place for breakfast. It’s a nice location, with excellent service. I’m sure it’s a great place for an afternoon of beer drinking because no one does beer better than the Belgians. Alas I can’t say the same for the food. We ordered a hot latte and a cold matcha latte. I had the breakfast quesadilla with scrambled eggs; my friend had the omelette with ham. My latte was well-made and tasty but the matcha was too milky/creamy to be any good. The breakfast entrees were palatable but no more, with no flavor or taste. The toast served with the omelette was hard as steel and could be useful for pounding down nails. The bill came in it at 589K.
