Great place to chill and smoke some shisha. The shisha is good and staff is really helpful 🙏🏻 The shisha price is pretty high, but the again this is pretty common for shisha lounges in Vietnam. Note that you can pay with card 💳

This place is amazing! The space is open, beautiful, and really peaceful. It’s the perfect spot to relax and de-stress after a long day. Definitely worth the price!

I’ve been to a ton of hookah lounges across the US, a bunch throughout Asia, and several in the Middle East — and what stood out to me most about Chill Layla wasn’t hype. It was the attention to detail. The interior design is incredibly well done — modern, sexy, relaxing without feeling overdesigned. The gold geometric panels, warm chandelier lighting, and plush seating create a space that feels elevated but still comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Saigon River are a huge differentiator. At night, the skyline reflections on the water make the entire space feel calm and cinematic. The playlist was excellent too — smooth R&B and pop at the perfect volume. You can actually talk here. Or work. The hookah quality was strong. Russian-style draft, smooth pull, thick clouds, no harsh throat burn. Coals were managed properly without constant attention needed. Staff understood how to handle the setup and were attentive without hovering. I ended up spending a few hours here working on my laptop and even took a late-night WhatsApp video call with a friend in Munich. It’s one of those rare places where you can relax, think clearly, and enjoy the view without chaos around you. If you’re looking for a river-view shisha lounge in Saigon that feels intentional and well designed — this is a solid 5/5.

Great hookah spot with a beautiful river view. Relaxed atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff, and genuinely good hookahs. Cocktails are tasty and well made too. If you’re looking for a quality hookah in a chill place — this is definitely the right spot
