Had the chance to experience Yui Omakase during their soft opening, and it was definitely a memorable dinner. What stood out to me was the creativity behind the menu. There were several flavor combinations and preparations that I hadn’t experienced at other omakase restaurants before. Rather than simply following familiar trends, Yui seems to have its own personality and approach, which made the experience much more interesting. The ingredients were fresh and beautifully presented, and you can really feel the thought and attention that went into each course. Since this was still a soft opening, there are naturally a few small details that can be refined over time, but the overall experience already felt very promising. The space is intimate and elegant, and watching the chef prepare each course made the evening feel personal and engaging. Thank you for inviting me to experience Yui before the official opening. Looking forward to seeing how the restaurant evolves from here. 🤍

This was a relaxing stop on our Saigon food and walking tour. The desserts are not very sweet, especially for people used to western levels of sweetness, but they were subtle, fragrant, and delicious. We were recommended an oolong tea, and they expertly taught us how to do the tea ceremony on our own. The staff were very polite and accommodating. Great experience overall!
