A fantastic hidden gem in D3 offering exceptional fusion Italian cuisine. The interior features a chic, moody, vintage-modern vibe with dramatic spotlighting on each table, making it perfect for special dinners. The menu creatively incorporates Asian ingredients like Gochujang, miso, and coconut into classic Italian dishes—the shrimp rosé linguine and baked sea bass were absolutely outstanding. Don't miss the affordable, flavorful mocktails and the excellent crème brûlée for dessert. While the service is standard and covers basic allergy checks, it's highly recommended to book a table in advance as it fills up quickly.

nonê pasta - Italian restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

We were delighted to have such wonderful experience here to try signature pasta and risotto dishes here. Our favourite dish must be Wine Briased Beef Risotto with al dente risotto texture and tender tasty braised beef. We had the Seafood Linguine with Truffle Sauce which was delicious with the charred grilled flavour of seafood and elegant fragrant of truffle scent in the sauce. While the Tom Yum Seafood Pasta was strong in Tom Yum flavour and fragrance, the Gochujang Seafood pasta was a bit too sweet for me in the sauce. Additionally, the Watermelon juice and Pineapple juice was a bit diluted for us. . Overall, it was an elegant experience for a date night. Most of the pasta dishes can be enhanced as they were a bit too dry for us.
We had a lovely dinner here and overall enjoyed the experience. The food quality was good, and the portion sizes were enough. We ordered two pasta dishes, mussels, a salad, and two drinks, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. The restaurant has a beautiful ambiance with a cozy, stylish atmosphere. When we visited, it seemed like almost every table was occupied by couples, so it definitely has a date-night vibe. That said, I could also see it being a great spot for a girls' dinner, a catch-up with friends, or any special occasion. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout the evening. Service was a little slower at times, especially when trying to get someone's attention, but everyone was kind and polite. The prices are on the higher side for Vietnam. Overall, a great place if you're looking for good pasta in a nice setting.
My favorite was the steak with the roasted garlic. Cooked to the perfect temp and tasted great w the roasted garlic. The rose linguine’s pasta texture was harder than i would like but the sauce is good with a nice kick. The wasabi chicken has good texture and was good but i didnt taste the wasabi kick. The pumpkin soup was on the blander end in comparison to the other dishes. Good service, love the ambiance, lighting and music.
Last night, I had dinner at a restaurant that left me with very mixed feelings. My first impression was honestly quite positive. The staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The restaurant itself had a dimly lit atmosphere with a calm and quiet vibe — definitely the kind of place suitable for a relaxed dinner or a date night. However, the experience started to lose points almost immediately after being seated. The chair at my table had badly worn leather upholstery with visible peeling and discoloration, which unfortunately gave off a rather neglected feeling. For a restaurant in this price segment, details like this really affect the overall dining experience. In terms of pricing, I’d say it’s reasonable compared to other restaurants in the same category — not cheap, but not overly expensive either. As for the food, I ordered six dishes in total. Three were genuinely enjoyable, while the other three were disappointingly poor. Salad Mozzarella Cheese: This dish felt completely unbalanced. The cherry tomatoes were unusually large (almost thumb-sized) and simply cut in half. Worse, they were served ice cold, as if they had just been taken straight out of the refrigerator. The rocket salad was average, while the mozzarella lacked creaminess and had an unpleasant watery texture. Compared to the mozzarella I’ve had at places like Pizza 4P's, this one was nowhere near as satisfying. As the appetizer of the evening, it instantly killed the mood for me. Cream of Mushroom Soup: The soup itself was underwhelming. It lacked richness and depth, and it seemed like the bacon had been blended into the soup, creating a grainy texture that made it less enjoyable. Overall, it tasted very average. Salmon Caviar Tart: On the menu, the dish was listed as “Salmon Caviar Tart,” which initially sounded interesting because most people associate caviar with sturgeon roe, while this version incorporated salmon elements as well. Unfortunately, the entire dish was overwhelmed by dill. The moment I took a bite, all I could taste was the strong herbal flavor filling my mouth. I barely noticed any freshness from the salmon or richness from the caviar. What stood out instead was the crunchy tart shell and the slightly dense, chewy texture of the filling. Seafood Linguine with Truffle Mushroom Sauce: I don’t remember the exact menu name, but after the disappointing starters, this dish completely revived my appetite. The linguine was cooked perfectly — thick, chewy, and pleasantly firm without becoming mushy. The creamy truffle sauce was fragrant, rich, and incredibly addictive. This was the first dish of the night that actually made me enjoy the meal again. Highly recommended. Korean-style Rose Seafood Pasta The pasta texture was similarly good, and the sauce was creamy, aromatic, with a light spicy kick. Personally, I found it slightly sweeter than my preference, but overall it was still enjoyable. One thing that really disappointed me, though, was that the shrimp hadn’t been properly deveined and cleaned. For a restaurant in this segment, that’s a small but important detail that should definitely be handled more carefully, as it noticeably affected the overall dining experience. Cheese Pizza: This final dish basically saved the entire dinner. The cheese was rich, fragrant, and indulgently creamy. The crust was a bit thicker than what I usually prefer since I’m more used to thin-crust pizzas, but it was still delicious and absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended.
