Phu Gia Hotel 9 - Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City

I made a booking for my friend via booking.com, and their reception just can’t find the booking. Even during check out, they can’t find the booking and asked my friend to pay again. This is absolutely unprofessional.

Friendly staff, Ms. Hien was very supportive us and always nice. Nice room. Highly recommend!

I feel good about staff and their presence of mind They are cooperative people
