The owner who was so accommodating with our last-minute booking, and the complimentary homemade sparkling khế tea was such a lovely surprise! 🥹 Personally loved ‘coldburn’, a perfect balance of textures and hints of sour-spicy flavours. ‘geotag’ is a must for creamy-sweet lovers.

Absolutely loved my experience at Spice Canvas Atelier! The Airdrop and Geotag were both so creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Each dish had its own unique taste and was really enjoyable. The Spice Sparkling Water – Flora was also amazing—refreshing, fragrant, and the perfect drink to pair with the food. 🌸✨ Great flavors, beautiful presentation, and such a memorable experience. Definitely a place I’d recommend and come back to! ❤️

It was my first time trying a dessert tasting menu and it was nothing short of amazing. Who knew pennywort sauce would pair so well with barley risotto on a bed of croissant and bruleed mussels? I also never knew mushrooms could taste chocolatey. Every component in each dish served their individual purpose which came together in perfect harmony when savoured together. Chef definitely knows his flavour combinations. The staff were also so friendly and accomodating, explaining every dish and quenching my thirst for curiousity. I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Saigon. Would definitely be back to try their other menus!

Our last dinner of the trip was at Spice Canvas and it did not disappoint. We loved the intimate setting with an open kitchen concept. The food was absolutely delicious. The dishes (and wines) were explained to us very thoroughly and we could see them being assembled right in front of us. The staff were lovely throughout the whole evening. We will definitely be back!

The creativity and depth of flavor are just beyond words. ✨ Echoes of Autumn was a perfect balance of air-dried persimmon and black sesame — delicate, nostalgic, and beautifully plated. 🌽 Grains of Gold surprised me the most — popcorn gelato and caramelized pineapple sauce together? Genius. 🍫 The Forbidden Forest mixed dark chocolate ganache with mulberry and burnt bell pepper — bold, smoky, unforgettable. 🍂 Fall Layers was comfort and sophistication in one bite — chestnut, hojicha sponge, and that caramelized onion gelato? Unreal. 🦆 Moonlit Duck was perfectly aged, tender, and deeply flavorful. 🍄 The Unveiled Garden turned mushrooms into something truly magical. Every course was beautifully explained by the chef, who clearly pours passion into every detail. Spice Canvas doesn’t just serve food — it creates emotions. A must-visit for anyone who loves fine dining and storytelling through flavor!
