As an avid cocktail lover, Summer Experiment is definitely worth the visit. The menu itself is intricate and unique, featuring a wide array of taste profile and craft. Hidden behind a narrow walkway and up the stairs you’d be welcomed with the bar. Love it so much my partner and I came back on 2 nights. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area after a long day of shopping or so.
drinks were impeccable!! we ordered 5 cocktails and each were all so special and refreshing with its own local twist! Highly recommend the dragon fruit cocktail! Just a note, the bar is hidden in an old building on the third floor, lookout for the signage on the ground level :)
This place shld be an institution.. like a 4Ps but for drinks. I have been to HCM 2x and each time, I’m sure to pay a visit here. I don’t q remember the drinks from before but I’m pretty sure they update their menu. In any case, they have a ton of drinks to choose from so you never have to worry about running out of items to try. The bartenders here are really friendly and passionate about their craft/creations so feel free to ask them for recommendations too!
Glad I randomly found this place! It’s difficult for me to be impressed or surprised at cocktail bars after going to so many, but this menu and the range of special cocktails definitely made me excited, so much that I had multiple cocktails! Recommended for an interesting and adventurous time!
There is no wonder this cocktail bar hidden in an old building and up 3 flights of stairs is a Tatler favourite! Delicious cocktails, lovely staff and great vibes. We ordered truffle fries as a little treat which complimented the cocktails amazingly! Come for happy hour, stay for dinner!
Open late: Doors stay open past 4 AM on at least one day — handy for after-work dinners.
