Sweet & Salt Factory - Steakhouse - Italian restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Highly recommended! The steak was perfectly cooked and tasted well alongside salad and wedge potatoes. The cucumber mint drink was amazing! Staff members were kind and enthusiastic. The place is located in an alley a few blocks from the main street. Restaurant space is limited so I would suggest reserving or booking in advance though they accept walk-in guests. ✅ Must try in Ho Chi Minh City.

1st time I come everything was very good.. 2nd time in same week, don't have red wine, replace by very very little of HOT rose! It's a sin!! Pizza Bolognese is NOT Bolognese sauce it's steak over cheese with normal pizza sauce.. Very delicious but it's not was on menu.. Pasta good, charge over for parmesan, and too much garlic but was taste good.. Cannot too much complain because food was good even not really what expected.. But the wine I'm very disappointed.. 79k for 2 drop..

The restaurant was too hot inside. It seems like the chef has changed. It feels like the person cooking doesn’t know how to cook at all. I ordered medium, but it came out rare. The spaghetti was not properly seasoned. The salad fruit was not fresh at all.

I'm so happy to have found this restaurant. The steak is delicious, and the spaghetti and salad are also delicious. The place is a bit tucked away from the main road, so it was a bit difficult to find. But the food made it all worth it, hehehe.

We came in quite late for vietnamese dinner standard (8.30pm) but was very warmly welcomed in. The steak came out more rare than what we ordered but was very tender which I can appreciate. Sadly my steak did appear as if it was mildly microwaved before coming out, possibly to rectify the overly rareness. The side dishes otherwise were decent and they gave us a free dessert in the end which was nice. Lovely staff otherwise :)
