Chickita - Chicken restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

I had a great experience at Chickita in Crescent Mall. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared you can tell they actually pay attention to quality instead of just speed. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the seasoning had a nice balance without being overwhelming. The atmosphere is relaxed and modern, making it a good spot whether you’re just grabbing a quick bite or sitting down with friends or family. Staff were friendly, and the service didn’t drag, which is rare in busy mall spots. Overall, Chickita is one of the better casual dining options in Crescent Mall. Solid food, good service, and a place I’d actually come back to not just as a one time visit

we would have appreciated melted cheese on the chicken tacos... but they refused 🤷‍♂️

I love the sauces at Chickita. It’s the biggest reason that I go. My two favorite sauces are the dynamite and sexy. The chicken itself is also pretty good. It’s usually pretty juicy and tender and not very many dry bits. My biggest complaint about this brand is that the prices are a bit high for the quality that you get especially the sides and other random dishes that they have which are not chicken. The chicken itself is acceptable because the quality is high, but I cannot say that the side dishes have the same level of quality and care

I wanted to try this chicken chain for a long time and finally I came in when I was happened to be in D7. This restaurant feels like some of the chain restaurant vibe in US. I tried a few dishes and the chicken ribs were the best one. I think it’s a bit over priced overall.

I'm a big fan of Chikita! It's one of the few good restaurants in HCM. I've visited other Chikita locations and found this one to be lacking. While the food is consistently great, the service here was mediocre. The staff struggled with English and basic timing - like bringing my ice cream while I'm still eating chicken. Ordering a Chikita bowl with broccoli took way too long!
