I had a comfortable stay there but that is all I can say about this place. The toilet doesn’t have air vent - can you imagine the scenario after you did your business in there. The floor felt slimy, I think they didn’t a good job mopping the floor properly. Overall, it is a comfortable stay and nothing much more to offer.
I just arrived today and I’m already very impressed. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The front desk lady was especially kind, accommodating, and very professional she made check-in smooth and pleasant. Best staff So far, everything has been excellent, and I’m very satisfied with my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, which made it easy to relax. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.
I thought Vietnam had a no smoking inside hotel law? THEY DO. But this property disregards that and if you complain about smoke, they will gaslight you and said they don't smell it. Of course they DO. They just do want to enforce the no smoking law and hotel rule. Plus, the bellman sits just a few feet from the front of the fdoubel doors that automatically open anytime anybody enters or leaves, which turns the lobby into a suction device, sucking the smoke from the bellman and workers straight into the lobby which stinks like a bar and into the elevator shaft up to every floor. The elevators acts like a chimeny taking hot hair and foul cigarette smoke to every floor. Management does nothing to change this terrible situation.
Such an amazing hotel! Last week, my husband and me booked 3 night in this hotel and we had a beautiful moment together. We'll comeback to Viet Nam soon!
