It is a average sushi restaurant and local style japanese fit out. They are selling a sushi in the area with many foreigner, however they dont provide english menu. The price is expensive for the area, and staffs seem not well trained. Please prepare the english menu, and train the staffs to be friendly with smile… then you will get 5 star.
Fair prices Japanese restaurant. Decent Japanese style decoration. Foods was great, especially the deep fried chicken cartilage, unexpected delicious. Sashimi is fresh and the cut kinda thick. Great service and fast. Worth visiting in Binh Thanh.
WORST JAPANESE FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD The building is quite old and decrepit, the servers were very good at their job, unfortunately the food is far below average, the prices aren’t that cheap for the tiny portions that are served, if it is because of the profit margin then I’d rather just pay more for better portions. The flavor is non existent, cardboard has more flavor. 109k for cucumber and rice is a let down. I really don’t recommend this place. To reiterate, the servers were great, portioning and pricing is the biggest issue, no idea how this place has such a high rating.
Serving low quality sashimi at premium price. They charged higher than Hokkaido Sachi while serving low quality food. I also don't think the chef know how to taste food because nothing from the rolls go together. I've never had to eat so much ginger to wash off the taste. Don't trust the high reviews, they're probably fake. The sashimi wasn't even cut right. Good luck.
I am disappointed in the service and food quality. There are parts of the tuna sushi that was inedible and had to spit out. Even the fried tempura sushi roll was chewy inside that I couldnt finish. In addition, the salmon sushi was not soft and quite fishy to the point of not being able to finish a piece. When I returned it the best they could do is offer 20% off that one dish that was barely eaten. I found the food to be inedible to finish, the price quite high for what it is, and the price did not match the quality. Sashimi from the supermarket like Emart and Aeon market is way better, so I’d recommend trusting the other one star reviews and save 1.000.000+ VND
