The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere with beautiful decor and a spacious, airy dining area. Even during busy hours, it still feels comfortable and relaxing. The staff were gentle, friendly, and welcoming throughout the meal. The food was nicely presented and looked very appealing. Most dishes were flavorful and enjoyable, and the drinks were refreshing as well. One small downside was that my mixed noodles were a bit too salty for my taste. The restroom is clean, although it takes a little walk to get there. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience with a nice ambiance and attentive service. Would recommend it for a casual meal with friends or family.

What a gem! 🌱 Tiệm Chay Heye brings authentic Taiwanese vegetarian flavors to Saigon in the most beautiful setting – an old villa with such peaceful, nostalgic vibes. We ordered the vegetarian hot pot, and it was outstanding! The broth was rich, aromatic, and full of umami without being heavy, packed with fresh veggies, tofu, mushrooms, and all the classic fixings. Everything tasted so clean and flavorful – definitely one of the best vegan hot pots we’ve had in the city. The place feels like a calm escape from the busy streets: elegant yet cozy, with lovely garden touches and attentive, friendly staff. Portions were generous, prices very reasonable for the quality, and it’s fully vegan which is a huge plus. Highly recommend if you’re craving something nourishing and delicious. We’ll be back soon for more Taiwanese-inspired chay dishes! 👏❤️

My favorite place in Ho Chi Minh! I came here almost every day — sometimes for breakfast, lunch, or dinner — because everything was just that good. The staff are super friendly, the food is consistently delicious, and the prices are very affordable. Such a reliable, welcoming spot that I genuinely loved.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Authentic Taiwanese vegan noodles & small dishes — done right Heye Vegan is an excellent spot for Taiwanese-style vegan food in Saigon 🌱🇹🇼. We haven’t tried the hotpot yet, but everything we ordered from the noodle and small-dish menu was impressive. The Taiwanese noodle soup was deeply comforting — a clear, aromatic broth with real depth, not oily or overly salty. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the toppings (braised tofu, mushrooms, greens, corn) were generous and well-balanced. This is proper Taiwanese comfort food, thoughtfully veganized without losing its soul. We also loved the rice noodle rolls (cheung fun–style) — silky smooth, delicate, and paired with a light, savory sauce that let the ingredients shine. Simple, clean, and very well executed. The crispy rolls were another highlight: golden on the outside, flavorful and satisfying inside, and not greasy at all. Great as a shared dish. To drink, the herbal teas and plant-based milk tea were refreshing and well-balanced — lightly sweet, fragrant, and clearly made with care rather than syrups alone. A perfect match for the food. The space is cozy and relaxed, the staff are friendly, and prices are very reasonable for the quality. If you’re looking for authentic Taiwanese vegan noodles and comfort dishes, Heye Vegan is absolutely worth a visit. Hotpot is definitely next on our list. Highly recommended 🌿✨
