A lovely evening at Aiii House The dessert alone shows the level of care that goes into everything. Delicate details, fresh mango and even a handwritten “Happy Birthday” in green sauce that made the moment feel personal 🥰🥰 The main courses were just as strong. The tiger prawn in green herb sauce was my favorite! Perfectly seared, a generous portion, beautifully plated with flowers and herbs. The starters and clay-pot dishes were fresh and delicious too, served on stone, wood, and ceramic, which gave the table a really nice look 👀 What stood out most: the menu was inspired by the Mekong Delta (Miền Tây) and you could genuinely taste it. Fruit played a real role as an ingredient in many dishes, not just as garnish, giving everything that fresh, slightly sweet and sour character so typical of the region.The atmosphere is warm and cozy, elegant without being stiff ☺️ Overall a really well-crafted menu with a lot of attention to detail, both in taste and presentation. Definitely recommend for a special evening ✨✨

Had a wonderful dining experience at Aiii House Saigon! Right from the start, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and even introduced to the Head Chef. Instead of a standard "Reserved" sign, there was a handwritten welcome card from Alain—such a thoughtful, personalized touch. The ambiance is elegant, stylish, yet warm and cozy. The staff are attentive and enthusiastic, taking the time to explain the ingredients and story behind each dish as it’s served. We went with the À La Carte menu and ordered almost everything (the menu is curated and concise), except for the beef tartare. Overall, the food was delicious, rich in flavor, and very creative. The only slight downside for me was the maple leaf ice cream, which felt a bit too sweet, heavy, and unremarkable for my taste. To top it off, we were given a complimentary dessert at the end as a thank-you gesture. Fun fact: if you opt for the Set Menu, you get to play a mini lottery game (though I’m not sure what the prizes are since we went à la carte!). Highly recommend visiting Aiii House Saigon to enjoy great food in a sophisticated yet welcoming space! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to say a big thank you to the brilliant minds who created and crafted the tasting menu together. It's such a pleasant experience where your taste buds are blessed every single time you take a bite, and you leave feeling really full and satisfied at the end. Furthermore, the service is incredible, which makes me feel very welcome. I love the lô tô game, which brought back a lot of childhood memories. On the other hand, I really appreciate the old friend who recommended this place to me. I'll definitely come back to try the main menu soon... maybe with a new friend 😊

It was our first time at Aiii and it surpassed all expectations. The staff were soo attentive and the food was absolutely amazing. The journey of Vietnamese flavours were soo unexpected. We thoroughly enjoyed our night and highly recommend anyone visiting and hope to come back again.

Excellent experience! Took my family of 4 to celebrate our 14th year wedding anniversary at Aiii on a rainy night in Saigon. Food was delicious. I think it is difficult to elevate familiar dishes to fine dining standards but the executive Chef did it! Service was very attentive, on par with some of the fine dining restaurants I've been to in the US and Japan. Aiii is relatively new to the culinary world but it won't be long until it's widely recognized and praised. Highly recommended.
