I had a wonderful experience at Bakes, where both the food quality and the atmosphere truly stood out. Alongside the bun, the Japanese Matcha Pandan Coconut Water was refreshing and unique. The matcha had a smooth, slightly bitter note that blended beautifully with the natural sweetness of pandan and coconut water. It was light, fragrant, and very well balanced an excellent drink to complement the pastry. Beyond the food, the ambience at Bakes is warm and inviting. The space is thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimal aesthetic, soft lighting, and clean lines. The pastry displays are neatly arranged, making the bakery feel both cozy and elegant. It’s a great place to relax, enjoy a quality treat, and take in the calm, stylish surroundings. The cake that keeps on giving. I have a massive cake now. The matcha has a vibrant green grass color, taste pretty solid prices are a little high but overall aesthetic cafe.
First day in Vietnam and was mind blown by this amazing bakery. Ordered 4 different things here and all of them were unique and delicious in their own way!!! They delivered too early the first time, but promptly re-delivered again, and their bakes made everything worth it! Will visit again! ❤️
