I’ve been here twice now. The standout dishes are definitely the steamed mutton momos, which are juicy and full of flavor, and the chili-fried momos, tossed with onions, peppers and a rich spicy sauce. The homemade hot sauce served with the steamed momos takes them to another level. The Kadai Chicken and Mustard House Special, however, were a letdown. Both dishes were noticeably milder than expected. During my first visit, I mentioned that the Kadai Chicken wasn’t as spicy as expected. The waiter explained that they’d asked the kitchen to tone it down because I was dining with my son. On my second visit, I came on a busy Saturday night with my partner. The food was toned down again, and the restaurant was absolutely packed. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, and the overall experience suffered. Some people got a table after us and got their food before us. My advice: avoid peak hours, and if you enjoy authentic Indian flavors, ask them not to reduce the spice level. I’d happily come back for the momos—they’re easily the highlights of the menu.
This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in Saigon. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is delicious, and what stands out the most is the amazing staff. Everyone here is so kind, friendly, and welcoming. Thank you all for such a delicious meal and for your outstanding hospitality. I always enjoy coming back!
Staffs are so so friendly and nice, especially the waiter and the manager. Foods are great and delicious. They are somewhat adapted to Vietnamese cuisine, but still retain their original taste. We highly recommend this place for South Asian food lovers.
The food is good, but I’m not happy with the service today. Last time when we ordered chicken tikka, it was served together with a small plate of salad. Today, it was not. Therefore, I asked for it. At the end, they charged the salad 89,000 vnd when it was supposed to be included. And it took really long to prepare the food today. I attached the photo of the salad which was served together with Chicken Tikka last time.
