Towa - Japanese Cuisine - Japanese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Towa was a really nice experience, especially if you enjoy sashimi and fresh seafood. The sashimi was definitely the highlight for me. The fish tasted very fresh, clean, and naturally sweet, with a firm but tender texture. Nothing tasted fishy at all, and you could really feel the quality of the ingredients. I liked that the sashimi was served quite simply, so the freshness of the fish itself stood out. We tried a few different kinds and everything was well prepared. The cuts were nice, the texture was good, and overall it felt very satisfying without being too heavy. This is the kind of place where I’d rather order more sashimi than too many cooked dishes because the raw fish is what impressed me the most. Another big plus is the view. The restaurant has a really nice city view, especially in the evening. If possible, I’d recommend booking in advance and asking for a table by the glass window. It makes the whole dining experience much better, especially if you’re coming for a date or a special dinner. I really enjoyed both the food and the view. Fresh sashimi, a beautiful city view, and a nice place to slow down and enjoy dinner. I’d definitely come back.

Beautiful venue with an amazing view from the 28th floor. We choosed the top price for the AYCE sushi, and the food was excellent—fresh, delicious, and definitely worth it. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is the service. It took quite a while before anyone greeted us or took our order. After that, it was difficult to get our server's attention, and we often had to look around the restaurant to find someone so we could order more food or request a refill of our bottled water (which we paid for, unlike complimentary tap water). Overall, the food and atmosphere were fantastic, but the service could use some improvement to match the quality of the dining experience.

We had a beautiful evening, made even more special by our hostess, Kim Khanh. She created a warm, welcoming atmosphere with such grace and attention to detail. She’s also an amazing photographer and truly lovely, she made my birthday feel so special. She went above and beyond. Explained every dish. Amazing work Kim Khanh

Visited Towa Japanese Restaurant recently. The food was average — decent but nothing particularly memorable compared to other Japanese dining options. Service was also average. Staff were polite, but overall the experience felt quite standard without much attention to detail. The atmosphere is cosy and comfortable, which was probably the highlight of the visit. Nice setting for a casual meal, but overall the experience didn’t quite stand out. ⭐⭐⭐ Suitable for a relaxed dining experience, but expectations should be moderate.
