2026 and the roof pool is closed for "renovation". Only not fancy pool on ground. For years. Do not expect clean rooms neither. Only the sheets are very clean. Rooms are not luxurious. Mediocre at best. It looks fancy in the lobby but it falls apart once you walk into an elevator. Scratched and not maintained.
WORST hotel experience This place is absolutely unacceptable. Here’s why: Extremely dirty room Stained bed sheets and pillowcases, visible dirt and mold in the bathroom, dirty shower head, door handles, and window frames. The room had a strong unpleasant smell. This is a serious hygiene issue. Room does not match photos The room we received was completely different from the photos shown online. The listing is misleading and does not reflect the real condition of the rooms at all. False 5-star rating This property is advertised as a 5-star residence hotel, but it felt more like a poorly maintained budget motel. Very old, neglected, and unhygienic. Because of these conditions, we left the room immediately on the same day and returned the room key. We did not stay overnight. Very disappointing experience. Save your money and choose somewhere else. PS: The photos on the website are 100% misleading. This is not what you get in reality.
My second home for 7 years I’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years, and it still feels like coming home every time. The management is consistently excellent — they actually listen to guests and fix things before they become problems. What makes it special is the staff. Friendly, warm, and they remember returning guests even after months away. From front desk to housekeeping, everyone treats you with genuine care, not just “customer service”. After 7 years of stay, I can say this place sets the standard. Management + staff = perfect combo. Highly recommended to anyone looking for consistency and real hospitality.
Its 1st of all very far from all attractions Staff here are really bad no one understands and cooperates as we were having to much luggage so we got late for 30 mins for that also they charged whole day rude and rooms were dirty no shampoo soap nthg And idk why its 5 stars really rating should be 2 star not more that as no one there to help with baggage lifting and we stayed in Vietnam and experienced 2 more 5 star but that experience was very nice and worth every penny
