Everything from this place is soooo good. I highly recommend this place in Ho Chi Minh. We’ll surely come back for more. I also want to compliment the chefs with how good their skills are. It’s a 100/10 for me 🤩🤩

I had a fresh and delectable meal at this Japanese restaurant and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The ingredients tasted fresh, the flavors were well balanced, and every dish was prepared with care. The presentation was appealing and reflected the attention to detail that Japanese cuisine is known for. The atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout my visit. Overall, it was a satisfying dining experience, and I would gladly return to try more items from the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Japanese food.

Incredible place! We sat at the sushi bar which gave us a special experience watching them craft each roll. Everything was incredibly fresh, like melt-in-your-mouth fresh. The service was outstanding. The team was so attentive without feeling intrusive, and you could tell they take real pride in what they do. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in Saigon. A total standout spot.

Best sushi you could ask for. Food is prepared mainly by Japanese sushimen. Went there for lunch. Service is beyong amazing. the entire family enjoyed it very much. Japanese 100%. Felt like sitting at an omakase in Ginza Tokyo. Cant wait to visit again.

So goooooood! Just looking at the photos makes my mouth water. The food is very tasty, fresh, and the staff are so sweet and attentive. The chef, Ichi san, is also super nice. We were at the counter and we Oohed and Ahhed so much that they mistakenly served up a wagyu sandwich. It was heaven! I'm happy to add on to our omakase set! This is definitely our newest favorite. Can't wait to come back and try all the other dishes we saw being made! Thank you Fujiyama!
