HCMC has many nicer cafes, of course, but not in that area (Van Thanh). This cafe is open on both ends which helps ventilation. It offers a choice of seats: simpler in the open front and back yards, more comfortable in the shadier middle section. Take your pick! Of course they have wifi. Staff could show more dedication in keeping the place clean, though. - They don't sell food but there are plenty of food outlets very near by.

Traditionelles, kleines, vietnamesisches Café. Liegt ruhig gelegen in einer Nebenstraße (Hẻm). Nettes Personal und gemütliche Umgebung, in der man schnell mit anderen ins Gespräch kommt. Günstige Preise: Ein vietnamesischer Kaffee, der zusammen mit einem kalten Tee serviert wird, kostet ca. 85 Cent. Zum Glück keine Klimaanlage, sondern Ventilatoren.
