- Shashimi Moriwase (6 kinds): 5-Stars (VND$699K in Apr-2026): 1) Buri Shashimi (4-Star): at 1st, I tout it's a Hamachi which taste but I got the adult yellowfish which taste alot better 2) Tsubugai Shashimi (4-Star): slightly saltish and fresh 3) Shime Saba Shashimi (3.5-Stars): Usual style (slight fishy tatse taste 4) Sake Shashimi (4.5-Star): Fresher than usual 5) Maguro Sashimi (3.5-Star): ok but prefer Toro Shashimi's fatty texture and taste better with alcohol 6) Hotate Shashimi (5-Star): theirs taste very fresh compared to the other few restaurants that I had visited in Little Tokyo... it was not part of the set dish, but upon my request to swap with the original Tako Shashimi which I do not like but as we have miscommunication and the owner/ chef decided to waive off the top-up fees - Had six skewers which are part of the Izakaya's Yaki speciality (4-Star) and two are favourites: 1) Chicken Gizzards (4.5-Star): The QQ crunch along with the Ninniku, Negi ikada skewers that I ordered were fantastic 2) But Bara Chizu (4.5-Star): The Butabara goes well with their choice of basic Cheese instead of the usual being overwhelmed by the (usual choice) Nachos cheese - Shime Buta Niku Udon (5-Star): Broth was absolutely fabulous and the Buta was great and generous in serving
