Delicious does not even begin to describe the pizza. We had the pepperoni slice, caramelised onion and bacon as well as the garlic knots. Crust is crispy, toppings perfectly balanced. Cozy homey atmosphere. Come here, you wont regret it!

paper plate pizza is lowkey serving new york realness in the heart of saigon. the vibe is unapologetically no-frills, with those foldable slices that absolutely hit different when you're craving authentic ny-style pizza. dough might be a tad off, but the crust is that perfect combo of chewy and crisp, the sauce is tangy fire, and the cheese pull is everything. their caramelized onion & bacon situation is lowkey illegal. sweet, smoky, and actually to die for. it's the kind of spot that just gets it right, no cap. an absolute must-try for pizza purists and anyone tired of overcomplicated pies. don't forget to ❤️.

Been craving NYC style pizza for a while now since I've been in VN for so long. Lucky that I showed up on Wed where they have Happy Hour prices. Prices are similar in Mondays also. Order Supreme, White and Philly Steak slices and they definitely hit the spot. Flavors of the pizza really makes you wish you can savor it more. Crust wasn't overly big or fluffy nor was it hard and non-crispy. Friend wanted the honey garlic wings which to me wasn't a 10/10. We still ate it all though because it was definitely good though to not let it go to waste. Pleasantly surprised they had Bundaberg ginger beer. Look forward to going back soon! PS - If you come as a crowd, I'd recommend calling ahead of time. Most pizzas are cooked to order so unless you want to wait the 15-20 mins it takes to bake, call to order first. Also, seating is limited, by my count there were around 9 tables of 2.

Excellent pizza! Possibly the best New York-style pizza in town! But today, service was far from great. The manager (owner?) looked fed up or angry, and the staff didn't look happy. Maybe Vietnamese customers don't care but - as a westerner - this didn't feel great to me. It felt that she didn't want to sell me food. Still a 5-star because the pizza is great for VN. But I expect a change in attitude. I hope that was just a bad day.

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The large pizzas are visually impressive, with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. They offer convenient delivery service and even support card payments upon delivery. The seating area is spacious and comfortable, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Highly recommended!
