Cơm niêu Cô Lan - Vietnamese restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City

Good North Vietnam traditional family restaurant. Good food but bad service: the waiters do not attend to the customers needs; they hang around together in the back chatting and laughing. We have to yell to get their attention and service.

A good spot for lunch which serve traditional Vietnamese food. We got 5 pots of "cơm niêu" which was a bit overkill.

This is my one-and-only climbing perch fish noodle soup at HCMC. I have not found any other store to raise the bar yet. A dish of climbing perch fish noodle soup is extremely fragrant and fantastic, thanks to the cool flavor of fresh water dropwort. This store cooks the broth so well, which makes the bowl like great eating experience. The fried fish pieces are also well-flavored. The only disadvantage of this place is the parking area, too narrow on the street while the guests are too crowded. We have been stuck sometimes for car, hence, Motorbike is highly recommended.

Very good Vietnamese traditional dishes. There are some dishes that can be found nowhere in Ho Chi Minh City. And the price is really good too. They served in lunch and dinner, Suitable for family.
